Returns and Refund Policy
Our returns policy allows you to return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. However, you must advise us within 14 working days of the delivery date, of any issues with your delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Should you wish to return any unwanted items, you are required to contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 14 working days of the delivery date*, in the first instance. Please do not return your purchases to the courier without informing us first.
To enable us to process your return, you will also require a valid receipt, dispatch note or proof of purchase.

Please note that we are unable to pay or refund the return postage/courier charges on items that are returned to us.
When returning items, we would recommend that you use a recorded or tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
*If you request a return after 14 working days from the date of delivery we will make every effort to accept your return, but this cannot be guaranteed, and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
On approval, your refund will be processed, onto your original payment method ie. credit card, debit card or PayPal etc. We are unable to refund any monies onto alternative methods of payment or provide gift vouchers etc. If you have a Business Credit Account with us, your return will be processed, and a credit note issued to your account.
Refunds are normally processed within 3-5 working days of approval. However, please allow between 5 -7 working days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment ie, credit card, debit card or PayPal etc. There is often some processing time before the refund is posted.
If you have checked your credit card company or bank account, after 7 working days and you still have not received a refund, please contact us at email@example.com, so that we can investigate this further.
